Custom support

If the help you get from the community and the updates/improvments and fixes you get by default at each update are not enough, or if you need custom support, or more hands-on support, or permanent support, we do offer custom on demand and ongoing personalised support, so please contact us.
Here are the basic support plans, but additional plans can be tailored for your needs:

• On-demand

  One time price, it varies on the needs you have;

• Basic

  Ongoing permanent support: permanent support for issues, bug fixes, other needs: 100 USD/month;

• Full

  Ongoing permanent support: Same as basic support but everything goes to the top of the queue and more time is allocated for your needs: 500 USD/month;
